Bun nem

This was my lunch today, called bun nem -- crispy pork spring rolls, rice noodles, and fried tufu:


This was so delicious.  I sat in an alley within walking distance of the apartment, facing the road watching the people and motorbikes whizz by as I slowly enjoyed my lunch.  It was the perfect way to spend a warm, November afternoon.  When we leave Hanoi, it will be afternoons like this that I miss the most.
