Last week Libby brought several teachers from the gifted high school and the teacher's college where she works to St. Paul American School. At the meeting, her advisor and the art teacher at St. Paul talked about a hard-core art supply store in Hanoi which was located near the fine arts college. Libby had been looking for something like this, and we finally found it:
