Tonight we served Skyline in the apartment for dinner, and it was like a long lost friend had come to visit us after a prolonged absence.  Ellie said, "I'm embarrassed to admit this is the best meal I've had in Hanoi."  And Noah said, "I don't remember ever loving you more, Mom and Dad."  High praise indeed.
